GlossHaus, your time and your artist’s time are equally valued. When you book an appointment, that time is reserved just for you. We ask for your consideration if your plans change.
Appointment Changes
You may cancel or reschedule your appointments at any time but no less than 12 hours from your appointment time.
Appointments cancelled or rescheduled within 12 hours of your appointment time will result in a 50% charge.
No-Shows
A no-show is defined as missing your appointment without notice.
No-call, no-shows will be charged 100% of the service. No exceptions.
You can manage appointments anytime through your online profile or by calling the salon.
Late Arrivals
If you anticipate arriving late, we kindly ask that you notify us right away. We’ll make every effort to provide your full experience, though services may need to be adjusted to honor the schedule. When a service cannot be completed due to late arrival, it may be treated as a same-day cancellation.
Payment on File
A valid card is required to secure all appointments. By booking with GlossHaus, you authorize any applicable cancellation or no-show fees to be charged to your card on file when necessary.
