Appointments are confirmed automatically at the time of booking. You’ll receive a confirmation message and reminder notifications prior to your appointment.

Yes. Appointment reminders are sent 48 hours and 24 hours before your appointment both via email and text if both are on-file.

Yes, we offer designated parking, and complimentary street parking is readily available on the surrounding blocks should those spaces be occupied.

Yes, children are welcome at GlossHaus. To preserve a calm and enjoyable environment for all guests, we kindly ask that children remain closely supervised during your appointment.
And you’re welcome to choose from our selection of kids services so they get pampered while you’re enjoying your visit.

Yes. Gratuities are always appreciated and may be given directly to your Nail Artist if in cash. If not, add it to your total at checkout.

All services and retail purchases are final. We do not offer refunds. If you have a concern with your service, please notify us within 48 hours so we may address it accordingly.

If you’re running late, please notify us as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to accommodate your full service; however, services may be adjusted to stay on schedule. If we’re unable to complete your service due to late arrival, the appointment may be treated as a same-day cancellation.

At GlossHaus, your time and your artist’s time are equally valued. A valid card is required to reserve all appointments. You may cancel or reschedule up to 12 hours before your visit.
Appointments cancelled or rescheduled within 12 hours of your appointment time will result in a 50% charge. No-call, no-shows will be charged 100% of the service. No exceptions.

Yes, consultations are available prior to booking. These personalized conversations allow us to thoughtfully guide you toward the services that best support your aesthetic preferences, nail health, and long-term results.
Consultation time will be scheduled based on the guest’s availability. We kindly ask that you arrive with at least three inspiration photos to help guide the discussion.
Consultations are also available for private events, including birthdays, weddings, and anniversaries. When booking, you’ll find an option on the booking page to share any relevant details for your appointment, such as inspiration photos and specific requests, so we can prepare in advance.
